Terms of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. They contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. If you do not understand any term, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with your reservation.
Introduction:
Premium Wheels operates as a transportation services company on behalf of “Karakalidis Polychronis” with official trade name, based in Pazinos Akrotiriou in Chania, Crete, postal code 73100, VAT number EL170021760, with license number 1042E81000441601.

Reservation:
By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms. Additionally, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and conditions on your own behalf or on behalf of your fellow passengers. By completing your reservation, you are obligated to settle any outstanding payments, inform Premium Wheels of any modifications or cancellations to your reservation, and inform all other individuals traveling with you of the details of their reservation.
If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions, then unfortunately, you cannot make a reservation through our website.
Services:
To request and contract transportation services, you must follow the relevant reservation process on our website. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transportation.
We reserve the right to refuse any transportation request from you. We do not guarantee that we can successfully fulfill every transportation request you make. In this case, you will receive an email to inform you of this fact. All accepted reservations are confirmed by sending the reservation form to the email address you provided during the reservation process. If your request is rejected, the entire amount (in euros) of the payments made before your reservation will be refunded to you, or an alternative service may be offered.
Your reservation represents a direct contract between you and Premium Wheels.
Reservation Process:
All transportation services offered on our website have been approved by the Carrier. All information you provide on the reservation form is provided to Premium Wheels to confirm the transportation service. Therefore, it is very important to check and ensure that all names, addresses, phone numbers, dates, times, and other information provided are correct. If any details are incorrect, you should contact us immediately. Premium Wheels will use the information provided by you during the reservation process to collect you and transport you to your destination and as close to your accommodation as possible, taking into account the characteristics of the vehicle and the physical access conditions to the requested destination.
Due to special restrictions such as infrastructure works, traffic conditions, etc., door-to-door boarding/disembarking to/from your hotel may not be achievable. When these limitations occur, the vehicle will stop to collect passengers from the nearest accessible point to the accommodation. Additionally, if the shortest and most convenient route is closed due to accidents, weather conditions, etc., and our driver, after a request from the client, follows a different, longer route to reach the destination, additional costs may arise.
You confirm that the credit or debit card you are using is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment cannot be made, and the service will not be executed.
Immediately after successful payment, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of payment via email. The payment receipt does not constitute confirmation of your reservation but serves to confirm that your request is being processed by the Carrier. Once the Carrier accepts your request, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation, which will constitute the official contract between you and the Carrier. You must present this form to the driver at the start of your journey. The carrier may refuse transport if your reservation form is not displayed. Within 24 hours of your transport, you will also receive a service provision receipt attached to an email.
When you receive the reservation form, it is your responsibility to check that all transportation details and details displayed are correct. If you identify any errors, please inform us immediately.
Transportation Costs and Payment:
Details regarding the prices for the service, as well as the procedures for payment and delivery, are displayed on our website. The applicable price for each Service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your reservation. If the cost of the service is higher than that stated in your reservation, we will inform you, and you can then either cancel your reservation and receive a full refund or rebook at the correct price.
You must pay by credit card, debit card, via E-Banking, or cash at the time of your reservation or upon arrival. You are given two options: either pay the full amount through the bank this way, or pay by credit or debit card or in cash to the driver during your transport. The cards we accept are specified on the reservation form on our website. Card issuers charge us some transfer fees which you bear when making your payment.
All prices mentioned are per vehicle and not per person.
Special Requests:
If you have any special requests such as child seats, extra luggage space, space for golf clubs, etc., please inform us at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate all such requests; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be available on the day of your transport, and we have no liability to you if they are not. In the unlikely event that these requests cannot be met, any additional amount you paid for the special requests will be refunded.
Reservation Modifications – General Information:
Any requested changes to your reservation must be sent to us in writing at the following email address: info@premiumwheels.gr. All modifications are subject to approval, and confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking. Modifications, under the conditions described above, are allowed up to 24 hours before your first scheduled transfer.
If the change to the reservation results in an increase in cost (different destination, vehicle size, extra, etc.), you will be informed via email about the additional cost and the method of payment for the extra amount. If the modification of your reservation results in a decrease in the total amount, the difference will be refunded to you at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
Modifications per reservation are made via email up to 24 hours before your booking at info@premiumwheels.gr. Our driver will monitor your flight arrival time. If you miss your flight, it is delayed, or the flight number changes, you must inform us immediately. Each change is subject to acceptance by Premium Wheels.
When your plane lands, we are obliged to wait for you for up to 60 minutes at the meeting point specified in your reservation form. If you think you will be delayed for more than 60 minutes, a member of your team must inform us; in this case, additional charges may apply. Finally, if 60 minutes pass and none of the passengers have appeared, the driver will try to contact you via the phone number provided during the booking process. If they still cannot reach you, your transfer is canceled, and your money is not refunded.
If the meeting point is not the airport, we are obliged to wait for you for up to 20 minutes at the meeting point. If none of you appear, we will try to contact you on the phone number provided during the booking process. If we still cannot contact you, the reservation is canceled, and your money is not refunded.
If the client cannot locate the driver, they must immediately contact Premium Wheels. If you do not contact us and we are not informed of the incident, the transfer is canceled, and the money is NOT refunded.
We cannot guarantee the type of vehicle that will be used. As a company, we reserve the right to change the vehicle (always to one of the same or higher category) to complete your transfer.
Our company and drivers reserve the right to refuse to transport any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. No refunds will be made under these circumstances.
Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol in any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted unless permission is granted by the driver. All vehicles provided are fully insured for passenger transport and third-party claims, as required by local law. However, passengers’ luggage is carried entirely at their own risk, and no liability can be accepted for loss or damage by Premium Wheels.
All vehicles used carry all necessary documents and certifications in accordance with Greek law.
Cancellations:
All requests to cancel a reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the transfer. If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the money is NOT refunded.
If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the full amount of the transfer will be refunded to the customer in the same manner as the payment was made. The bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Liability:
Premium Wheels accepts responsibility only for claims arising solely and exclusively as a result of our own negligence.
If we are found liable to you for any reason, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of your reservation or the corresponding amount if other individuals in your reservation are not affected.
Force Majeure:
Force majeure means that we will not compensate you if we have to cancel or change any Service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organized disruptions, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activities and their consequences or the threat of such activity, riots, acts of any government or other national or local authorities, labor disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or other similar situations beyond our control.
Passenger Responsibilities:
By entering into this agreement, the customer declares that they are of legal age and in full possession of their mental faculties, allowing them to comply with all legal responsibilities under this agreement. The customer understands and agrees to promptly inform Premium Wheels of any change or modification that may affect their service as soon as possible, either by email or via the provided contact phone numbers. The customer confirms that the credit or debit cards used belong to them and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service. Your transfer is provided according to the details you provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you have provided are correct. In case of any discrepancies, you should inform us as soon as possible. If your transfer cannot be carried out due to incorrect details provided during the booking process or due to failure to inform Premium Wheels in a timely manner (at least 24 hours before your transfer), your money will NOT be refunded. It is your responsibility to travel with your booking form, which includes all the relevant instructions for your arrival and emergency contact numbers. We bear no responsibility if the service cannot be carried out due to the absence of the booking form. If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, as we may be able to assist you in finding alternative transportation arrangements. Please note that we are not obliged to cover any costs for such alternative arrangements. Subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines, it is the airline’s responsibility to transport you to your destination airport. If your email address or phone number changes, you must provide us with the new contact information immediately so that we can contact you regarding any matter related to your booking. All communication with you will be conducted via email. Therefore, we recommend that you always check your email before traveling to ensure that no important changes have been made to your booking. All notices are sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking. The customer must ensure that they and their co-passengers arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of their flight. You are responsible for ensuring that the transfer service is scheduled on a date and time that meets your travel requirements.
Transfer Issues:
If you encounter any problems with your transfer, please call us using the numbers listed on our website or on your booking form, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will affect our ability to thoroughly investigate the matter and your rights under the contract you have with Premium Wheels. Bearing this in mind, we emphasize that all complaints must be submitted in writing to info@premiumwheels.gr within 15 days of the completion of the relevant transfer.
Children and Individuals with Special Needs:
During the reservation process, you should indicate whether you are traveling with children. We recommend that you bring your child’s safety system (child seats, boosters) with which you are most familiar. If you prefer not to travel with your own child safety system, you can request one from us at the time of booking. Your request will be sent for approval and depends on availability at the time of transport. If we do not have child seats or boosters available during your transport, you have the right to be compensated for the additional cost you incurred for these, but not for the cost of the entire transport.
If you do not request a child safety system, your child will travel using the safety systems provided by the vehicle (if it is a taxi, in accordance with European Directive 2003/20/EC and always in the rear of the vehicle). However, we recommend that you always travel either with your own restraint safety system or request a similar one.
In any case, a child or infant is counted as a regular passenger. Individuals with special needs, such as those with disabilities and wheelchair users, should specify this in their reservation and ensure that the vehicle they choose is suitable for their needs. Additionally, they should be able to enter the vehicle either independently or with the assistance of their companions.
Baggage:
Each passenger is entitled to carry one suitcase with a maximum combined size of 150cm (length/width/height), as well as carry-on items such as small bags and handbags unless additional items have been specified during the reservation process. Baggage should bear the owner’s details and the destination address.
Any excess baggage must be declared during the reservation process. The customer is responsible for any additional expenses incurred if supplementary vehicles are needed to transport the undeclared excess baggage.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to comply with local laws and regulations at your destination. Consequently, your baggage cannot contain any items prohibited by local or national legislation, such as weapons, etc., or items that may harm a third party. You are also not permitted to transport domestic animals without declaring them during the reservation process and without having them in their special transport cage. Additionally, you cannot transport items of excessive size, weight, or sensitivity. We also recommend not carrying valuable or fragile items in your baggage.
If you travel with a pet that you have not declared, we reserve the right to refuse transportation, and refunds will not be issued.
Transportation of baggage and other personal items is solely the responsibility of the customer, and in no event shall Premium Wheels be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers any loss or damage.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property rights displayed on our website are the property of Premium Wheels and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. All content (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video files, software) used on the Premium Wheels website is protected by national and international intellectual property rights, and any use, modification, or reproduction without the explicit written consent of Premium Wheels is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the Premium Wheels website, for any purpose, is strictly prohibited.
Personal Data:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data collected from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We can provide a copy of the Personal Data Protection Policy upon request or, alternatively, you can refer to our website. Please note that we have the capability to retain the data you provide on this website even if you do not complete your registration/transaction by clicking the submit/next button. Such contact information and data may only be used to communicate with you and inquire why you did not complete your registration/transaction. Premium Wheels provides its website and makes every effort for its proper operation and maintenance. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues or errors, nor can we guarantee that the website is free from viruses that may affect its operation. Any errors that occur will be corrected as soon as we become aware of them.
In case of such errors, we have the ability to cancel a reservation and refund the money to the customer.
